Contact

Corrections, questions about the drive, or an enquiry about the site: email [email protected] and I will reply. This is a one-person site, so give me a day or two.

Three things I cannot do

I cannot sell you admission to Four Corners Monument, and neither can anyone else. There is no advance ticket in existence. It is US$8 per person at the gate, paid when you arrive. If a site has taken your money for a Four Corners ticket, it has sold you something else, and the place to argue about that is with them.

I cannot change or cancel a tour booking. I am an independent guide, not a tour operator and not a travel agency. Bookings made through the links here are with GetYourGuide, and your booking confirmation has their contact details on it. Cancellation windows on these products range from three days to eighteen days out, so read yours early.

I cannot tell you whether the gate is open today. Nobody publishes live status. For opening hours, closures, fees, permitted activities or anything else that belongs to the Navajo Nation, go to the operator: Navajo Nation Parks & Recreation, or phone (928) 206-2540. That number is the answer to most questions people send me.

What I do want in my inbox

Corrections, above all — a price that has changed, hours that have moved, a facility that opened or closed. The restroom complex at the monument opened on 4 August 2026 and made every guide on the internet describing portable toilets out of date overnight, which is a fair warning about how quickly this page could go stale. If you have been recently and something here is wrong, tell me and include where you saw the right version.

Also welcome: what you found confusing. If a page sent you to the wrong place or left you unsure whether a tour goes to the marker, that is a fault in my writing and I will fix it.

Where I am

This site is written from Cortez, Colorado, United States, the nearest town of any size to the monument and 39 road miles from the gate. If you want to see where everything is: Cortez on Google Maps, and the marker itself at 36.99898, −109.04517. Getting the second one into your phone before you set off matters more than it sounds: the platform this site runs its tours on lists a Four Corners in Florida, and it is not the only place that confusion happens.

Before you email about a tour, the eight nearby ones are on all tours with verbatim reviews, and how much any of it costs is on what it costs.
